Dine, Review, Win Dining Voucher

Terms & Conditions  
The “Dine, Review, Win Dining Voucher” Diner Incentive Program (“Promotion”) runs during Chill E.A.T. (Taste Around Town) 2024, from 23 October 2024 to 27 November 2024 (“Promotion Period”).  

Eligibility   
- Customers are required to register as a DiningCity Member (“Member”) and provide the following information (“Required Information”) in his/ her account to participate in the Promotion:   
i) Valid Email address;   
ii) English name identical to the one shown on any identify verification document (e.g., HKID card, credit card, student card, etc);   
- If any of the winners who failed to provide the Required Information in his/her DiningCity account, DiningCity reserves the right to forfeit the winner’s prize.    
- Only bookings and/or seats that are completed, meaning the member has booked, attended and settled the payment for, are eligible to score points in the Promotion (“Completed Booking”). Non-attendance or cancellation of booking or seats on the Member’s will result in those points being removed from the accumulation of points.   
- Members can check their live scores on the ranking chart on the Hong Kong Restaurant Week DiningCity App or website. The member’s nickname and display picture will be displayed on the ranking chart.   
- Employees of DiningCity can participate in the Promotion and adhere to the same set of terms and conditions of the Promotion; the chance of winning will be identical to all other participants.   
   

Points Collection Mechanism   
Promotion is on a points accumulation basis. There are 3 ways for Members to gain points:     
1. Get 10 points for each successful and completed Booking.   
2. Get 5 points for each completed booking review (at least 100 characters)* 
3. Get 5 points for each successful seat booking 
* The 5 review points will only be counted if each review is written after a completed booking (a verified badge will be displayed next to your comment) and reviews must have at least 100 characters (including spacing, punctuation, and emojis). Each booking earns points for the first review only, any deleted review and re-posting will not be earning any points.  

Prize & Redemption  
- The 300 top-scoring members (“Winners”) with the highest points accumulated in total during the Program Period (“Winners”), will be awarded a will be awarded a dining voucher, according to the tiers of the selected restaurant (1) with a fixed value* (Tier 1: HK$600; Tier 2: HK$800; Tier 3: HK$1000; Tier 4: HK$1200) (unless specified otherwise, excluding any dish upgrade/supplements / add-ons, takeaway, beverages, 10 % service charge, tea, and condiments).   
- Participating Restaurants refer to those restaurants participated in Chill E.A.T. （Taste Around Town)    
- There are 4 cash voucher prize tiers: Tier 1 is HK$600, Tier 2 is HK$800, Tier 3 is HK$1,000, and Tier 4 is HK$1,200.  
- The order of prize distribution will follow the voucher values in descending order from Tier 4 to Tier 1. The order of restaurants in each tier will follow in popularity order. For example, the winner in ranking number 1 will be entitled to the number 1 most popular restaurant in Tier 4, and so on. 
- Winners will be able to redeem a dining voucher 
- The rankings will be finalized on 23:59 of 27 November 2024. If the points scored are the same for two members, the member with an earlier registration time on the DiningCity platform will precede in ranking.    
- Winners will be notified of their prize details at the email address registered in their DiningCity membership account by 30 November 2024. The (“Confirmation Email”) serves as the Redemption Letter, for dine-in consumption at the Selected Restaurant for one time’s use.  
- Only members who have successfully subscribed to DiningCity Newsletter will receive a Confirmation Email. For those who have cancelled their subscriptions or have not successfully received the email, DiningCity will contact them individually, and will resend the confirmation email after obtaining their consent.  
- The Redemption Letter can only be redeemed once. A dining voucher given to holders of a Redemption Letter must be redeemed all at once and cannot be used on separate occasions. Unless specified otherwise, any dish upgrade / supplements / add-ons, takeaway, beverages, 10 % service charge, tea and condiments charge still apply and payable by the Winner upon redemption of the Prize. Please check with the respective Participating Restaurants for details.   
- A dining voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, other products, services or discounts, nor can it be transferred.  
- A dining voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers, discounts, promotional offers, and discounted items or membership. Please check with the respective Participating Restaurants for details.     
- A dining voucher is subject to availability or change. Prior reservation by telephone call to the Selected Restaurant is required and please indicate the use of the Redemption Letter when making a reservation. Please check with the respective restaurant for details.  
- A dining voucher is only applicable for dine-in consumption at the Selected Restaurant for one time’s use.  
- A dining voucher is not applicable for any dish upgrade/supplements / add-ons, takeaway, beverages, 10 % service charge, tea and condiments, or ticket selling activitie, unless specified otherwise.  Please check with the respective restaurant for details.  
- The redemption period will be valid from 1-20 December 2024, excluding festive days, general holidays (including Sunday) and days before a general holiday (unless otherwise specified.) Please check with the respective Participating Restaurants upon making the reservation.    
  

General  Terms and Conditions 
- All photos displayed are for reference only.   
- Product information / descriptions / prices / services / offers / food / beverage / menu descriptions featured in promotion materials are provided by the respective Participating Restaurants and are for reference only; DiningCity shall have no lability in this respect.   
- DiningCity is not the supplier of the products / services / offers / food / beverage to be purchased, please check with the respective Participating Restaurants for details. DiningCity accepts no liability for the quality of products / services / offers / food / beverage provided by the respective Participating Restaurants.   
- DiningCity and Participating Restaurants reserve the right to change or cancel the Promotion or amend the terms and conditions. Please check DiningCity  App / wesbite  for the latest details, availability and terms and conditions of the Offer.   
- Participants will not be able to enjoy the Dining Voucher nor be eligible to participate in the Promotion if DiningCity believes one has acted in a fraudulent or abusive way.   
- In case of any disputes arising out of this Promotion, the decision of DiningCity shall be final and conclusive.   
- In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of the promotion materials or the terms and conditions, the English version should prevail.
