This November, immerse yourself in a sensory extravaganza through the Culinary Capital of Asia! Explore multi-dimensional dining experiences with sophistication and style, given rise by a melting pot of F&B talents from around the globe, and a constant interplay of originality, transformation, and innovation.

From 1 – 30 November, Chill E.A.T. features enticing menus from over 250 restaurants at up to 30% off, in four pricing tiers:

Chef Mitsuru Konishi sharpened his knives in some of the world’s most demanding kitchens, from the Two MICHELIN Starred restaurant – L’ATELIER de Joël Robuchon in Tokyo, to France’s L’Hôtel de Carantec and at Taillevent, where he became the first Japanese Sous Chef in the famed restaurant’s history. Since joining Lai Sun Dining in 2013, Chef Konishi has accumulated numerous awards and accolades, including earning Two MICHELIN Star Chef of Wagyu Takumi in 2014, and gaining a coveted star at ZEST by Konishi less than a year after opening.

Hansik Goo is a play on words that can refer to both “a family that shares meals together” (“Han”- “Sikgoo”) and “Korean cuisine by Chef Mingoo” (“Hansik”-“Goo”), and the food reflects both of these ideas, offering a dining experience that is meant to be shared by friends and family, and showcases the essence of Korean cuisine while expressing the chef’s youthful and creative personality.

The current chef Steve Lee, who is only 32 years old, won the "Young Chef Award" awarded by the "Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau" in 2023.

Located in Harbor City, Tsim Sha Tsui, Xihe Yayuan is an authentic restaurant in Beijing. It is famous for its innovative way of cooking three dishes of roast duck.
